The EyeGossip Community Guidelines and rules are fairly simple and can be summarized in 3 basic principles:
1. Keep it clean - all content should be "PG" type content. That means no cursing, no nudity, and defamation or slander.
2. Be civil - no personal attacks on other members of the EyeGossip community. Be mindful and keep in mind that if you feel someone acting inappropriately the best thing to do is to lead by example.
3. No plagiarism - which means, please post original work and site your sources. We also encourage you to include your opinions on news and/or information you post. No plagiarism also means do not copy/paste someone else work and/or quotes without properly citing your sources. This includes citing your sources for photos.
Respect all Users of EyeGossip
EyeGossip is an open community of celebrity and entertainment fans. You might not like someone else's opinions, or you might disagree with someone else's opinion or their story of interest. However, you have to respect your fellow users right to self expression and points of interest. We encourage you to communicate with other users, and if you have a problem with another user, we encourage you send them a private message. You can do that by going to their profile and pushing the "send private message" button. If you think something violates our Terms of Use, please flag it for our review and we'll take a look.
Consequences
If something you submit is flagged as inappropriate (we've put a "report abuse" function) by an EyeGossip user, it will be reviewed by one of our staff members. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your submission violates our Community Guidelines or our Terms of Use, your submission will be deleted and you will receive an email warning. If you do it again, your account will be placed on probation for a period of time. After a third offense, your account will be deleted. The same policy applies if you abuse our flagging system. Do not flag content as inappropriate or spam unless it falls into one of those categories.
