The 44-year-old actress will star in "Cougar Town" comedy and also receive an executive producer credit along with "Scrubs" creator Bill Lawrence who is cowriting the pilot. Some people have all the luck and Lad...

The deal has been anticipated as DreamWorks prepares to break off from Paramount, which has owned the studio since 2006. There has been ongoing friction over the costs of keeping Spielberg and his outfit there. DreamWorks has lined up $1.5 billion through Reliance Entertainment of India to finance its fut...

Yahoo! News is reporting Tina Fey is likely to play Governor Sarah Palin on Satu- rday Night Live" according to a person close to NBC's sketch comedy show: “Fey is "likely" to return to her former show Saturday to play the Alaskan governor and Sen. John McCain's running mate, a person close to the show told The Associated Press on Friday night. The person requested anonymity because the decision has not been announced officially. No further details were available.” This past Tuesday, SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels said Tina Fey should play Palin, but is unlikely to remain in the part in the long-term. That depends of course... Tina Fey may be very busy if M...
